Under the new plan, employees whose companies offer them the CLEAR program can now pay for larger medical, vision, dental, automotive or tuition expenses over the course of six months, interest free, with payments automatically deducted from their paychecks. CLEAR currently provides interest-free payments over two months for all purchases from any of the 33 million MasterCard acceptance locations worldwide.

Instead of paying for an urgent expense – like emergency dental work or a new transmission - with an interest-bearing credit card, CLEAR cardholders can make payments spread out over six months, interest-free. The CLEAR Budgeting Plan also can help employees take advantage of other valuable benefits programs, such as tuition reimbursement. For example, if an employee has a $650 tuition bill to pay up-front, $50 will be deducted from their bi-weekly payroll for the next thirteen pay periods. There are no interest charges, late fees or penalties to pay, and because the payments are automatic, employees can’t forget to send in their payments.
