Western Union To Offer Employees Clear
Clear Payroll Deduction Card Lets Western Union Employees Purchase from 29 million Locations Worldwide and Pay Interest-free through Payroll Deduction

BLUE BELL, PA, September 20, 2002— E-Duction announced today that Western Union Financial Services, Inc., a subsidiary of First Data Corp. (NYSE: FDC), will offer to its employees Clear, an innovative voluntary employee benefit that allows employees to purchase products and services from 29 million merchants worldwide and pay for them over two months, interest-free through payroll deduction.

E-Duction will provide U.S.-based employees of Western Union with its Clear payroll deduction card, which lets them make purchases at any MasterCard acceptance location.
