Blue Bell, PA, June 17, 2002—E-Duction announced that the company has been awarded the coveted Ben Franklin Emerging Business Award (Benny Award) for Best Management Team. The Benny Awards are presented annually by Ben Franklin Technology Partners to those companies that hold the greatest promise of impacting the local and national economies. Ben Franklin Technology Partners is one of the country's oldest and most respected private/public economic development organizations.

E-Duction developed an innovative employee benefit program that leverages the convenience of payroll deduction to allow employees to purchase products and services interest free, 365 days per year, at more than 24 million MasterCard acceptance locations worldwide.

In receiving the Benny, E-Duction was recognized for assembling a highly-skilled management team, one that successfully secured partnerships with some of the world's leading financial institutions, including First Data Corporation, Capital One Financial Corporation and MasterCard International Incorporated. In addition, the company's management team led the successful development of a patented technology platform that enhances the benefits corporations can offer their employees, opening vast new ways for consumers to pay for everything from life insurance to continuing education, from dinner for the family to household purchases.
