Vice President of Human Resources

senior management team. As Vice President of Human Resources, Caminos
is responsible for recruiting and maintaining a experienced staff

management experience. Prior to joining the E-Duction team, Charlotte

leader, from the ground up, growing the company from 30 to 550 employees,
internationally, in 3 years. Prior to her experience at CDNOW, Charlotte
served as International Business Manager for Road Champs, establishing
business operations in the Netherlands and Canada for this international
toy manufacturer. Charlotte was also with Hartz Mountain Industries,
a leading Real Estate developer in New Jersey, for 9 years as Manager
of Human Resources.
