She developed the entire human resources function for this entrepreneurial Internet leader, from the ground up, growing the company from 30 to 550 employees, internationally, in 3 years. Prior to her experience at CDNOW, Charlotte served as International Business Manager for Road Champs, establishing business operations in the Netherlands and Canada for this international toy manufacturer. Charlotte was also with Hartz Mountain Industries, a leading Real Estate developer in New Jersey, for 9 years as Manager of Human Resources.
